Yes, as this is a shared server (shared by all our clients) resources allocated to each account is fixed. The current limitations are 1 GB RAM, 1 Core CPU to each account at a given instance. When any account exceeds the above limit, you may see fatal error or Internal Server error on the website.

No, as this is shared server, we had to fixed limit so that other sites don’t get affected because of one account. If any website is exceeding resource usage and showing errors, you need to move that site to single VPS or dedicated server.

You will have to send backup to our server and we will restore those accounts for you. Once you purchase our hosting, you get complete guide on how to send backup to our server of all accounts in the welcome mail itself.

Currently, we don’t offer demo for any of our reseller plan due to security reasons. We have a 24 hrs refund policy for our reseller plan; you can get refund if only within 24 hrs if you want to test our service.

We provide 24/7 Technical support though tickets (1 hr guaranteed reply). Live chat is only available for sales support. Phone support is currently limited to only sales and billing issues as technical support couldn’t be solved through phone due to lack of information regarding the issue.

No, if you have purchased WHMCS license from us, It will work only on our network. Using WHMCS license externally on other servers will suspend your license immediately.

No, we are just selling WHMCS license at discounted rate. You need to setup all the software yourself. We have separate web hosting business setup plans where we could do this for you. Contact us for more.

We will ask you how you want us to setup your dedicated IP. You can have it only for your account or for your entire reseller account (all your clients on dedicated shared IP).

We do not tolerate any nulled script on our server. We immediately take strict accounts against any account found using nulled script/theme etc. Please go through our AUP thoroughly before purchasing.

No, we strictly monitor our IPs and do not let them get blacklisted. Hence, there is no issue with mails on the server.

You need not worry about any of the rocket science of the server. We have complete brute force security scanners and blockers installed on server.

You will have to provide support to your clients. We only manage technical/network issues of the server.

Yes, over selling is available on all reseller plans. You can create accounts with Unlimited specification.
